Throughout his 25-year career across government and the private sector, Greg has held senior leadership roles in public affairs, research, strategic communications, and government relations. He joined Ipsos in 2019 as Vice President and returned in 2025 as Senior Vice President for the National Capital Region. He led Ipsos’ Trump, Tariffs and Turmoil study (2025) and the global Context Energy study (2022).
Greg advises leaders across government and industry on public affairs, policy, and stakeholder engagement, and is a frequent media spokesperson and public commentator.
His expertise sits at the intersection of public policy and public opinion, translating complex issues into clear, evidence-based insights and actionable guidance. He has advised ministers, C-suite executives, and clients across multiple sectors and is relied upon for candid, research-driven counsel.
Greg holds an MSc in Energy Policy (University of Sussex), an MPA (Queen’s University), and a BA in Political Studies and Philosophy (Queen’s University). He is based in the Ottawa region.
